2. Bacon is good. And enough good quality bacon is entering the market that those of us who used to not eat it can do so now. In the 90s, it was all coming from factory farms. Now there are sources with indie butchers & farms where the point of origin doesn't have to be scary. This means people who don't want to eat slop can now incorporate bacon into our treats.
3. If you've not tried bacon and good chocolate together, don't knock it.
Sounds adventurous. I'm actually more skeeved out by the marshmallows than the bacon. Will make a note to try these in April. Do you recommend a particular type of chocolate to complement the bacon?

Semi-sweet or dark chocolate. I used Noir Sirius 65% dark/semi-sweet.
