I'm starting to seriously contemplate leaving FB at least temporarily since I'm sick and fucking tired of having to convince someone different every damn day that I'm staying because I think I'm safe and that I won't fucking leave unless *I* feel I'm in danger

I'm concerned about your safety of course, in the sense that I'm concerned about everyone in Japan with everything going on, but I trust your judgement. If you think you'll be safe, then I trust that you will too.
