It's not elitist hun. I believed that even before I got my membership. We pay a *hell* of a lot of money for tiny things like GG and those videos (especially as we can't go to the lives, which are theoretically the big part of the membership), it's fair enough to like the idea that it was worth the insane amount.

I got a bit sad yesterday when I went to Dears Theatre, watched the new video (Not the Setsugekka ones, the one before that), then checked my f-list and it was already on Youtube. Like, within 6 hours or something of being uploaded to Theatre, it was already leaked. Ugh.

They haven't asked "Could you leak fc only stuff" but they have asked, "Could I get the password for the [file name] video in your dears only folder of mediafire?" If you're not a memeber...and I didn't contact you personally with the link to the download and the password, its not for you >_<

We do pay a HELL of a lot of money for not living in Japan for such tiny things. The lives ARE the biggest part of the membership, as well as the fc trips but overseas fans that can't afford to drop $1,500 on a plane ticket every time Gackt wants to do something end up screwed and feeling even more left out than those who AREN'T dears.

The "Gackt's Comment Video" one? Yea. They all leak within hours. The ones from the MGG too. Though, that video got taken down from the Theatre it seems. I went looking for it today and its gone. Thankfully, I did rip it beforehand XD;

Yeah, I agree about the 'more left out than those who AREN'T dears' part. I got the notification about the new Camui Gakuen shows a few days after my card arrived, and it's like... That ticket costs what... $100 give or take? Sweet, I can afford that. Oh, hang on, the card's freaking useless because I don't have 2 grand for plane tickets. *angst*

I kept getting all of the emails from Dears that were updates about Camui Gakuen and I was all I CAN'T GO, STOP EMAILING ME *stabs the delete button* Stupid 2k plane ticket, PLUS hotel , PLUS food, PLUS trains, PLUS goods. I'm not rich. Hell, I'm not even well off. I scrounge together for my membership fee alone.

i totally understand your point although i have to admit i also understand the people who -privately- share stuff with other fans who don't have the means or the chance to see those, all given that those won't spread the things either. to openly publish things on youtube though, i think that's rather rude.

posts from you like the one before might simply get people curious though, so maybe just keep it to yourself? ^^

Yea I'm okay with privately sharing stuff. That's why I up my rips of the videos from the site. If you're a VERY close friend of mine who I know won't spread the rip, sure I don't mind sending you a few things here and there if I know you can't afford the membership right now. The publishing thing on youtube or crossposting a download link on every lj community though...that's more than rude. Its despicable and insulting.

The post, yea I understand it would make non-members curious and I in no way posted it so that I could throw my squee-age over a fc thing in everyone's face. I was still squeeing when I posted so it came out the way it did and I wanted to at least explain where my new icons came from. I also had to share my squee-age with fellow fc members. I want to be able to squee together in the comments with them, which I can't do with everyone on messengers/email.

Yes you can view every single MGG that's even been upped. Up at the top of the Monthly GG 'menu', to the right of where it says Monthly GG it has an arrow 2 kanji (which I don't know) のMonthlyGG. Click there ^-^

Exactly. Its VERY hard and you have to be VERY VERY lucky to be chosen to meet him. and IF you meet him, you can't give him anything or really talk to him besides say Thank you.

The fans that complain and want leaks are people that say they can't afford it or just don't even try at all.

Yea because you know...I'm rich and I can afford to spend 19,000yen on a membership while other's can't. Because I'm rich and all right? pfft
