The elements that Marigold gave me just screamed comedy! It was she who gave me Naked Pervinca and all of those walnuts to begin with. I figured Pippin would be torn between his own embarrassment and his need to protect his sister in this one. Glad it gave you a laugh.
Oh my! I can't stop giggling about this one! Only sisters (and I speak from experience, I happen to have two of my own!) could argue for so long and risk anything and everything for that argument! I did love the way you portrayed the sisters and their different personalities. I also loved that Pippin was still willing to defend Pervinca's honor, even against Merry. I just can't quit laughing! I think Pippin declaring he had gone blind was the most funny! :) Thank you for such fun!
Oh my gosh. LOL--will Pippin ever recover from such a sight? Three angry sisters (possibly hormonal at the time!) fighting to the death, or at least, clothing over a few sacks of walnuts. Only lasses would do that, lol. I do enjoy the interaction between the cousins!

Oh, golly GW, you've done it again! This was absolutely priceless! But I think what I loved the most was Pippin yelling at his sister and sounding just like his father! *THAT* was worth every bit of it!
I also loved the way Pimpernel reacted--probably *both* her sisters were mad at *her*!
You know, I'd love to see some sort of follow-up to this where Pearl *does* get bested at something by her younger sisters...
And you know, *your* Pippin should thank his lucky stars that it wasn't Lobelia he saw naked!
So glad you enjoyed it. I was very pleased with the elements that Marigold gave me. Being given Naked Pervinca just sort of set the tone for this one. I do think that Pippin had it in him to take charge once he returned from the Quest but I think that he wasn't aware of it in the beginning and his sisters certainly wouldn't have been expecting it! LOL
Pimpernel was caught in the middle but I do think she managed to survive it all. As to Pearl getting bested, that little bunny just might turn up in my garden in the future!
I think Pip is very lucky to have missed a naked Lobelia. I read somewhere that Lobelia was not at all a pretty sight. (wink)
