i know, but totally unrelated things have started my worry-machine way earlier than i expected. dude i just want to go home and hide under the covers! damn my family for screwing things up again by not communicating! :P

Take a bunch of deep breaths and tell yourself that everything will be okay. Remind yourself that it's your brain and emotions doing this to you and try to see the big picture.
