When it's needed...which isn't too often, to be honest. We're close here, in New Ashford - Living always are. We've been through too much - our families have been through too much together, to take advantage of each other...usually.
And any cases go before a council. I just stop any violence or threat.

We don't know why - might be that they're hungry, might just be what the Dromos tell them to do. Either way, you end up without your spleen...so does the 'why' really matter?
