I am seriously thinking of checking myself into the Mayo Clinic and have them go over me from one end to the other.  I'm tired of not feeling well and my regular doctors not being able to make we well

Nurse Tiffany will tend to you when/if you need surgery. But chances are, you won't. Another doctor may have a better perspective. And where and when are you going bead shopping on Saturday? In the morning preeeeetyyyyyy pleeeeaaaasseee?
