What percent are you getting on your high yield savings, if I may ask? Feel free to reply screened or talk to me in person if you don't want to say it in the open. I'm just curious because my money market used to get 5.something%, but then the feds started slashing interest rates to stave off the mortgage crisis and it's dropped to 3.9% Which is STILL more than US bank would give me on a CD, and I can't take money out of a CD anytime I want.

I'm happy with the company I'm currently with so I'm not in a rush to change it unless rates drop a lot more on my end.

I love my money market account, actually. It's the first time I've actually had an account where I've gotten enough interest back to say "Hey, I got interest!"

It used to be as high as 5 something but right now its 4.1. It sounds like you've got a pretty good account though. I am going to look into putting some money int a CD soon too, though obviously not the majority of it.
