This is one more point, but I really don't like it in general.
But I have been sick quite often some years ago, I think that's why I see it this way.

actually I started to get this disease since I was in high school, it usually appear, like, two times a year (esp. in weather change) and it's really annoying because I won't quickly get recover when I have it.

I don't know that you also have...
