I just LOVE this fic! There's always something in each chapter that is so sad and beautiful that it hurts, and the "gentle too late" part just broke my heart. Oh Charles. Oh Erik! I can't wait to find out what happens next.

This fic! This is my best-most-favorite fic in all of XMFC fandom. Thank you so much for sharing your writing talent and science and kickass original characters and dirty excellent smut and conflicting emotional moments and complex plot with us. I adore how complicatedly ugly and beautiful your Erik & Charles both are and how precisely you've captured their film mannerisms and voices.

I hope very much that you haven't abandoned this story, but aaaabsolutely no pressure on finishing it. I will wait forever for this fic. In a Centurian outfit, even, if that'd help.
