They should really thread again! Manny thinks that Kazuki is a good kid, if a bit weird and with odd priorities from what he has been able to glean. All in all, if Kazuki wanted to intern at the DOD, Manny would give him a glowing recommendation and the benefit of the doubt.

Relationship meme/impressions of Naoto?

ZEX thinks that Naoto is a fascinating person! Interestingly enough, ZEX doesn't think of Naoto's gender ambiguity as an interesting facet, since ZEX's people view gender as a sort of... incidental thing? Like, they all start out as girls in their sexual development, so it's like, "what's the big deal...?" But he hasn't met many humans who identify as anything other than their biological gender, so that's a bit interesting, but he doesn't have any questions because he just sort of... gets it. I hope that makes sense.

Naoto is suave and cool and a good dancer and a bit emotionally repressed, according to ZEX! He wants Naoto to cut loose and have fun, possibly with the aid of some alcohol or loose women. ZEX isn't the best mentor when it comes to these things, but he does want Naoto to be happy, which I guess evens things out.

Relationship meme me: ZEX on Illyria.

ZEX thinks that Illyria is adoooooorable and believes that she is dangerously insane. He believes both of these things at the same time! Such are the benefits of being a bit unhinged yourself. ZEX was initially hesitant to speak with Illyria because she was such a Big Deal and his diplomacy skills were pretty rusty (still are, tbh), but he's glad that she seems to enjoy his company--or at least that she doesn't seem to just tolerate him. He thinks that she has the potential for growth in a million different directions, whether she wants to become more human, relapse into her godstate, or any number of other things. He will support her no matter what, because she has always listened to him and been a fascinating conversationalist.

Does this mean that ZEX would be okay with Illyria killing everyone? ...Man, probably. ZEX doesn't think of killing the same way as most people, so it's... difficult to say. Who knows, man. Who knows.

Illyria's just glad to have a friend who'll listen to her, who is strong without always trying to get his way. Their compatible crazy really helps! But she also thinks he's sensible for knowing not to piss her off. They have shared interests but he also has his own interesting perspective! It's pretty great all round.
