I can't read. I thought you were singing the "Ch-ch-ch-chia" plant/pet song. Then I saw this post was under 'Taka, and still, I thought, "What? They have chia heads for Takarazuka?"

Wow.

Ignore me.

Oh wow! Just seeing the news...it's no surprise at all, given how big Chie has gotten. It's pretty impressive, though. She's only been in Takarazuka for ten years, making her one of the younger top stars--most take more like 12 or 13. Heck, all the other four contenders for the next top spot are plenty older than her.

And the next top musumeyaku: YUMESAKI NENE! Again, no surprise at all there. She's incredibly super-cute, which Zuka loves in its musumeyaku, she's been promoted all over the place since entering the Revue, and this is her 6th year in the company which is the average age where musumeyaku are promoted. I think her promotion is gonna be more controversial than Chie's among us gaikokujin fans, though, since we're pretty split between those who think she's adorable and those who think she's irritating.

I've generally fallen into the latter camp. But with that being said, I do feel that she has matured since she moved to hoshigumi.

One of my favorite musumeyaku is Shirosaki Ai, who is now in her ninth year. But even I will admit that it was only in the last year or so that she truly came into her own. Hopefully Nene will as well, but as I said, I already feel like she has improved.

Congratulations to Chie and Nene! They'll be a super cute top star couple.

Well, abt Yuuhi, no matter how high she could reach I'm sure I'll always be with her and support her and I'll respect all her decisions.

same here. She's just really cool, extremely talented & just an overflow of charisma. Even in rehearsal footage she seems to just really be enjoying herself. . . and that's more of what it should be about than worrying if you're going to get top or not - but i know that drive is still there. . . i hope that i can be more like Yuuhi actually when I move back to the states & return to acting myself.
