Really good questions that I'm wondering myself. It's not listed on the TCA page release schedule yet, but I have no idea how long national tours lag before they go onto DVD. You'd think, since she's going to be a top star, that maybe it will be....
If I had to take a guess, I'd say Andre's character moved down the list because Sou Kazuho doesn't have seniority like Kashige and the other stars who played him during the Tokyo and Takarazuka runs.
