"Religious fanatics falsely accused Jesus Christ of being a drunkard"

I continue to fail at being a productive member of society. I don't remember failing to get a job being this depressing last time around, despite the fact that I was living with my mum at the time and that was not exactly fun. I suppose this time I'm scared I'm going to lose my flat. And then I will cry all over you. All over all of youNeeding ( Read more... )

Oh, this is a very dangerous meme! It was a hard choice, but I'm going to have to go with this Jack/Stephen fic. What happened after Jack woke up? Do they ever have tentacle/merman eggbbs together? These are pressing questions in my life. Now off to catch a plane!

Oh dear. And because I talked about Jack as a spawn I could actually do literal eggbbs! *resists*

When Jack awoke a second time it was to a faint humming sound; a warm, distracted song that reminded Jack of the coral reefs of the shallows, of the warm waters of the southern seas.

He felt strange, good, and when he moved his tail there was hardly any pain at all. In his surprise he called out, and regretted it when the soft singing cut off instantly. But in the next instant Stephen Maturin was at his side and Jack found he was glad ( ... )

OMG THIS FIC IS AMAZINGLY BEAUTIFUL!!!STEPHEN MOLESTED JACK'S TAIL WITH HIS TENTACLES! AND JACK ENJOYED IT!!! Poor Stephen being all oblivious to mertail etiquette. I bet he won't make that mistake again. Unless it's on purpose. XD

In conclusion, *NEED MOAR NAO*!!♥♥♥

Sympathy on the job front, and I'm crossing my fingers for you.

As for questions... hm. That story of yours with the bar where the deities hung out, where Castiel and Dean went. Did it ever get visited by Norse deities?

Just to see if what I was thinking of writing would make sense, have you seen all the way up to the end of Supernatural season 6?

That's interesting. I've never heard that before. I should imagine if it's true that, as you say, it probably hardly saw the light of day because it would be distasteful- and a little too close to home- for audiences.

I still need to watch the original Stargate movie, I think I've been meaning to watch it for about 3 years now.

Why were you disturbed by Michael Fassbender in 300?

It's not bad, really. And I was seriously impressed by the hieroglyphs!

It was his hair, and his disturbing outfit, and his frightening oiled stomach. I was afraid.
