A bomb to make the enemy horny would probably just result in a lot more civilian casualties as the men raped any women or children they encountered. It would exaggerate whatever orientation the men were wired to, not change their wiring.
Anyway if they were going to go so far as to try to hormone-out the enemy, they'd be better off looking for a 'contented bliss' hormone to make them all mellow as pot-heads.

1) LOL! I always love seeing people discover the americans and their gay bombs! Won't let you into their army but will make you gay. :D
