My replacement computer arrived on Wednesday, but there was no return shipping label for my broken computer that this was supposed to replace. I tried to call the number that was left on my answering machine for one company that was contracted out by Dell to handle this, but I couldn't get an answer or even a call back

You do seem to have a lot of problems with Dells though.

With this Alienware, I've had allot of hardware trouble. And now customer support trouble.
Before Dell contracted out most of the work to other people, they were the best when it came to customer service.
I'll have to think twice before Going with Dell again. I do like that the warranty can be extended an unlimited amount of times, but will that out weigh simply building my own computer...
