I realized about two hours ago that I have a Criminology test tomorrow at 10AM, so now I am franticly going over the study guide. Heh, yeah, I couldn't remember either. Basically, malum prohibitum is the not-as-bad one, and malum in se is the dangerous one.

I was hoping my crime show knowledge would help me too, but unfortunately it didn't. :/
