I agree about true grit. It would have been way better had they just ended it when she was still young. It was just kind of jarring.

Yeah, I liked knowing what happened after, but it wasn't necessary to the story, and a simple voice over at the end could have summed it up in a minute. Though Aaron argued that it was worth it just for "Don't bother getting up, trash".

I wish we had mystery tomatoes in our compost. We do have a potato plate that's decided to make it's home there. I'm excited to find out if it's a sweet potato or a regular white one.

Mmmm, here's hoping for sweet potatoes! I'm thinking the tomatoes are cherry tomatoes. We had sooo many of them last year, and when they were finished, we cut down the bushes and composted them. I know they were still covered in green tomatoes when we cut them down, so I'm sure that's where they're coming from. Plus, these cherry tomatoes are notorious for popping up randomly in my grandmother's yard and garden.
