Are you on Cingular? If you are, you can go to their website, and they'll send you ringtones through text messages. (They send to you, you don't have to send.)

The other providers I know nothing about, but they.. might.. have similar programs.

If you can't find anything, find me a midi file and I can turn it into a ringtone.. as long as you have a Ringtone Composer on your phone. (You should.)
