i got my fuel assistance. so i won't have to worry about paying my electric bill for another year or so. the amount is supposedly to cover a winter's worth of heat, but obvs i don't use much electricity. electric heat makes these funny sounds when i turn them on... cha-ching, cha-ching, cha-ching

*hugs* saw the news about the flooding earlier...hopefully everything will be ok. Floods are scary.

i just hope our basement doesn't flood again! it's crazy i've never seen it rain this much.

Kinda like our rain earlier this year...but I *had* seen it rain like that here before. *hugs* Hope your basement doesn't flood too.
