Someone posted a picture of him smoking marijuana at a party. Now apparently there are criminal charges being brought up in South Carolina, and he's losing some sponsors and was suspended from swimming for 3 months.

Although I think the pic is funny, the situation isn't. They need to just leave him alone already! Guess when you're famous, you lose your right to be a normal person :(.

Criminal charges!?!? Seriously!!??! That's f'en stupid: like the pic says,-millions- do it everyday but they aren't ever charged.

Geeeeez give it a rest!
