FIC: 50 sentence for The Magnificent Seven

Nov 27, 2006 08:40

Okay, second set done of 50 for 1fandom. Again, harder than I thought it would be--probably because I didn't want to do all of them as simple, short sentences. That said, everyone should try it as a writing exercise, so how you do :)

You know I was just thinking yesterday about whether you'd managed to finish these and here they are!! :)

Anytime you need a hand just holler! You've managed to paint so many perfect little pictures of the boys, Art came out great - short and simple and yet spot on! My favourite... um, hard to choose but I think #1 is a really good use of the prompt word.

Thanks! And, I just barely got them done in time :)

I think #1 is my favorite. It was one of those that was just all of a suuden on the paper and I didn't remember writing it. Or may, 13 or 35...

And, I have this WIP that needs a second set of eyes, interested?

I was just in the mood for some Mag 7 fic, tonight.
I love this format and I love what you did with it.
#46 cracked me up, and I like how #11 #29 and #31 seem tied together.

Thanks. I wanted each sentence to sort of tell a tale :)

siluria is to blame for #46, she suggested the use of the word

11, 29, and 31 are a little tied together. I think the 3 that were purposely tied together were 22-24 and it sort of just happened that way.

I liked how so many of your sentences represented the prompt word instead of actually saying the word. I struggle with that, but you do it very well.

There were a lot of great sentences in here.

Thank you. I was trying not to use the word, but the image it brought to mind. Thanks again, for reading!

I've come across this post while searching through some LJ's.

You've done a wonderful job, and if it's okay, I'm going to give it a go as a writing exercise to try and get through my writer's block.

Thank you!

Go for it. That's exactly what I used it for. I actually completed the challenge twice--once for Mag 7, the other for The Sentinel. I used two different tables of prompts, so pick and choose.

Unless you're after the sentences themselves to spark a story idea, then have a go at that as well. :)

Wonderful stuff :) I especially loved 35 (oh so true) and 46...

Thank you very much! I think #35 was among my favorite from this batch. And as for #46, siluria was responsible for how the word got used. :)
