I was turned down on my home loan. I don't make enough money because they can't include tips...they don't have a set amount and people could choose not to tip me. My husband qualifies because of income but he has no credit...none good and none bad. A solid 0 as a score. Therefore...no loan

your homeowners policy should cover repairing the damages. They won't pay to repair the plumbing that caused the damage, but they pay for the damage that the plumbing caused. Might be worth looking into. Good luck with your repairs. Your brother is a real keeper!

Atleast until all my repairs are done. LOL. Seriously, he is a great person and a great carpenter.
