Wow, you guys. I don't usually get all into the sourcies, but how can Bobby, Castiel AND GABRIEL be LOSING to Anna from TVD for favorite reccuring character!?

Don't get me wrong - I LOVED Anna, but ONE Anna does not beat BOBBY, CAS AND GABRIEL!

Get y'alls lazy arses over there and vote, we are getting killed!

The only reason I can think of it because Anna is, you know, a dead vampire, so she's out of the show and getting a in memoriam vote? I liked her a lot too, but she's a weak candle compared to the blazing light of Castiel, alone, not to mention Bobby and (as you say) GABRIEL!

So, given what I've learned about SPN and its service to fangrrls, I'm not convinced Gabriel is gone forever. Having seen other beloved characters appear to be gone and then reappear, I'm maintaining hope that he'll pop up out of nowhere saying, "What, you belived that????"

Anna (and TVD), otoh, was pretty clearly buying the farm there. Which made me almost as sad as Jeremy, of course, but I can accept it.

True on both counts. But voting on what I saw and who had the saddest death of the two ... Immma have to go with Gabriel.

I fully support TVD's win in the biggest surprise category, though. :)

I'm more curious how Bobby, Castiel, and Gabriel count as a single recurring character, myself. I've given up hope for beating the TVD fans in this year's Sourcies.

(In the five minutes of Anna I saw before hitting up IMDB and discovering that the source of my confusion was the CW aired ep 7 last week and ep 14 this week, Anna rocked.)

I kinda have now out grown the cwsource and their sourcies awards. They are meaningless to me. In the past, i would have been eager to go vote but now i'm just...meh... Not worth it. Supernatural is an awesome show with the two most awesome characters from the most awesome family. I don't need some random poll to validate it.
