So I was under the impression results were due out on Monday, until I got a text from a friend at about 10:30pm asking me how I'd done. Cue freaking out and trembling all over in a fit of anxiety and 'wtf?!' while I went to find out how I'd done ( Read more... )

CONGRATS! :D Yeah it's annoying that you don't get your module marks till later, but in the meantime, 2:1, WOOO! And I suck, I can't believe I never commented to congratulate you on getting the Milton Keynes job - I saw it and I think I must've mentally replied to it or some other fail-ness and not actually left you a note D: So belated well done for that too! Have you told them yet? :D

I emailed my new boss pretty much as soon as I'd calmed down :D I had been trying not to think that they'd regret giving me the permanent post and the other guy the one-year post because I was going to fail, so it was a really nice surprise!
