After watching the magnificent Night Watch, and reading the book, I really, really want to read more fantasy stories that are based in Russia, because I've only read one other fantasy based in Russia and that was awesome, too, and so, y'know, from Russia with love, please. Yes, when i remember to check my LJ i do read your page. I have also seen both films (night watch and day watch), though in Russian, and have not read any of the books (you know there's 4, right?) because i am not allowed to read them in English (mean Pasha! - actually i do want to read them in Russian when i can, and have the time, and i don't know if you can get them in English here, anyway)
With regards to other fantasy set in Russia, i can't think offhand, but will ask around and let you know - though there may not be english translations of them...

Thanks for asking around - that would be lovely :) I just really liked the feel of the stories I've read that were Russian/based in Russia. So now you are my best Russia friend XD
