another new painting....

This one I finished this week, another in my series of a day in the life of Tag's cats.....this is Bertie, who loves to lay in the bathroom sink while I dry my hair.  In fact, it's a morning ritual around here.  This painting will be going with me to the Memphis Riverarts Festival next weekend....

yes, it's only taken me forever to reply. Where does the time go? I have no freaking clue....

Memphis, it was kind of a bust. However, we had fun anyway. Thanks for the compliment on the painting though, it's one of my favs now. :-) Bertie says that's a given. duh.

Oh wow Tracey, this is beautiful!! I'm really liking the faucet for some reason, heheh -- it's so shiny! Kitty is beautiful too of course. ;)

Bertie says it is obvious that SHE is the highlight of this painting, not the faucet. duh. (she's rolling her blue eyes now...)

I know...mom is always making noise and doing inappropriate things during cat nap time. geesh. We do our best to train her.....

Thank you SO much for stopping by! Yes, I'm hoping to be posting more in the coming weeks...months...lol. It's been quite a busy few months for me with several art shows. It will be so nice to settle down and hybernate and do some leisurely painting this winter. yay!
