A Small Victory in the Battle Against Entropy. or I Love the Smell of Hot Solder in the Morning.
On Wednesday a growing realization that something nearby was making incessant beeping noises led me to discover that our clothes dryer was unhappy and flashing the word ERROR and a number on its digital readout. (We hadn't used the dryer that day and it is somewhat disconcerting to find that a seemingly nonsensciant machine has woken up entirely
