^_^ yep, I'm in Japan. ^_^ learning about gender studies, homosexuality in novels, and Japanese people's reactions to same-sex relationships and feelings toward child-rearing. It's...really, really confusing. XD XD

^_^ I'm glad you have a smile!! :D It makes me happy to make you happy. :D

It's really awesome that my best and oldest friends are still so wonderful. ^_^

Oh wow, an update from you! Really glad I didn`t accidentally miss this while scrolling through my flist :)

Remember me? Tis Hana. Still alive and doing very well. I am engaged, actually haha. But yes, my day is just ending...so nighty night for me :)

Glad to hear you are well!! Did you finally get to Japan?? If you happen to be in the Tokyo area, do feel free to look me up. Embarrassingly enough, I STILL don`t speak any Japanese. Went to school for a couple months, could have passed level 3 and then stopped and lost it all again. My memory is clearly awesome :P

I do remember you. :) I missed your reply though-- I don't have replies connected to my email anymore. I think about you sometimes. ♥ Your personality and your crazy good fics, and some very personal conversations we've had over the years. How could I not remember you??

Speaking any Japanese yet? *teasing* I'm going to go back to grad-school next year (working now to save money) for my masters. I think I'm going to wind up as a teacher (community college is my dream. less stress than a university...), or working at a museum... I'm pretty stubborn, so these things usually work out for me.

Are you in Japan still?

Hi...long time no reply, I just logged into livejournal for the first time in a long long time and saw this. I am doing pretty good, I finally quit my job so I no longer have to deal with a boss constantly making sexist/racist comments to me, yay! Writing a book at the moment, happily unemployed believe it or not...just trying to find my way :) I'd love to go back to school, but having no debt is a big reason why I haven't since I don't want to add to that burden. Trying to get a business off the ground at the moment which is...hard, but I guess I'll see in the future if I need to go back to work.

Oh man, working in a museum would be awesome. Living in Honolulu so yeah, not much option for that - but no longer in Japan and love it here as long as I can keep traveling (went to the mainland in June for a whole month which was aweeeeesome).

I hope life is treating you good, I say good luck in your masters! That is very ambitious of you and I bet you will do fabulous!
