Oh, but just think of the amount of chopped herbs just pruning those plants would produce!

Herbed bread, herbed veggies, compound butters, PESTO, herbed lemonade...

I can't wait til I have big, green, bushy messes. :-)

Just take my advice and never plant oregano or mint or lemon balm directly into the border unless you want it taking over. We mow and it smells like pizza ::g::
