It's a little heartbreaking, the juxtaposition of Yunho's pining for Jaejoong in the previous chapter and Jaejoong's resolve to leave all associations with Yunho behind in order to find a will to survive. Jaejoong's fiery spirit here is extremely admirable, and I suspect it is precisely this trait (and his immeasurable beauty) that earns him an important rank within the Grand chief's harem? I don't know what the dynamics will be like since the Grand Chief is described as an unpredictable man, and I look forward to future plot developments. I really love the way you conveyed the intensity of Jaejoong's first meeting with the Grand Chief.
And I look forward to reading more (:

there is a large contrast in their ways to cope indeed... and we can see where yunho's way brought him; very sick and weak :( jaejoong is more exprienced and maybe he thinks he wouldn't survive being in such a state, since he is so used to fighting for himself (unlike yunho, who always had jaejoong to fight in his stead...)
jaejoong's life is going to go through changes, sooner or later...and his courage might play a part in that :)
thank you for reading^^

Anyway, what I love about Jae's character in this fic is that it's totally diffrend from what I have been used to read . In most yj fics Jae is fragile or so emotional but in this one he has such a strong personality .
When he refused to bow down to chief , I felt so proud of him . Also , I wonder how will yunjae met again :S
Okay , I go now to read today's update !!

I have to say that even though I sometimes enjoy reading about those fragile or emotional characters... I don't find that interesting to write. There needs to be some balance... I haven't ever met a person who doesn't have at least some kind of strenght in them. Especially, since Jaejoong is undoubtedly usually the "girl"... I strongly dislike the idea that girls are/should be like the that @____@
