How do you pronounce "Gough"? (that's a last name)

To ryhme with cough, as if it had a double ff instead of the ugh.

I would probably say "Goff", though Clough would be "Cluff".

Goff, I believe--rhymes with cough. Certainly that's how you pronounce it when it's a first name, as in Gough Whitlam...
