Ok, so I went to DA to look up some Final Fantasy VII fanart. I went in expecting to come across Cloud/Sephiroth so I prepared myself. Well, I wasn't prepared for how much Cid and Vincent fanart I was going to see

Cid/Vincent is definitely one of the most brain-breaking couples I've seen. XD; Your musings on them sound very accurate. **blinks.** I ... really don't know where people get the basis for some of the pairings. I can see the basis for Cloud/Sephiroth, or Cloud/Zack, or Sephiroth/Zack, but Cid/Vincent? **scratches head.**

Another really odd one is in Kingdom Hearts, with Cid/Sephiroth. I ... honestly don't get how their personalities are supposed to jibe at all. Or why Cid would chase after someone claiming to be Cloud's darkness, or vice versa.

Then you get strange things like Sephiroth/Kairi, too. I ... really don't think I wanna know WHERE they get that one. XD;
