I was fortunate to see Michael Crawford in the original Phantom. It's a memory I'll always treasure!

Lucky!

I still associate Michael Crawford being a comedian in 'Some Mothers Do 'Ave 'Em' playing the child-like Frank Spencer.

Musicals though are a delight.

I agree. I need to get to NYC to see something on Broadway but just haven't had the time of late. I've seen quite a few.

I also saw Michael Crawford in the Phantom... and years later in EFX in Vegas... I have a couple of his non-play cds as well... I love his voice...
