Quit Smoking

Have not been smoking since last Monday. Phew!!! recalled the first time I quit smoking in 1998. Stopped for three years and regretted of picking it back due to relation issues. Well, it may be an excuse to some of you and I do agreed it. Really hope that I will succeed in quitting the second time even the cigarettes are cheap here. Just NT$50/-

nahbeh, cannot lah!!! Want to quit, quit now. If not, dun ever dream of quitting. For sure, u feel fresher in the morning and you can jog longer than usual!!! :) Ben, quit too!!!

Determination is one of the ingredients to quit smoking. Since u and Moo are staying 2gether, give each other supports and become a non smoker. imagine when we are back in Spore and having coffee at Cafe Cartel, only our table are non smokers, cool right? :) I'll give u my support!!!!
