Not only the less consumption thing, but the point that you will essentially be living off the land, in certain ways, means you'll be more in tune to natural light and rhythm of your bodies as a response. Sleep when you're tired, wake up when you're rested, work on the things when you're inspired....it sounds like heaven!

...reminds me of the Second Sleep phenomenon (that No Impact Man also noticed when he turned of the electricity).
