So I had to work christmas eve. It wasn't as bad as I thought it'd be. The only difference was that it was busy for a longer period of time. I got to do a few flambets and on 2 occasions, the tables I was flambeting for were taking pictures of me when the flame was up. I bet those pictures were bad ass. If only I knew them, I'd ask them for a copy
