tears in the food tube suck. I earned a week and a half in the hospital a decade and change ago because my middle intestine decided to disconnect itself one day. Can confirm that blood from both ends is Highly Unpleasant.
Also morphine was fun for exactly 48 hours and then it very much Was Not anymore. Clearly I also do not react well to opioids.
