The great irony is that Jesus didnt discuss taking care of the planet with respect... because really ... that wasnt needed when he was alive... i cant help but wonder how he might feel about his resistance against organized church turned out.... maybe he would regret not adding this idea to his manifesto of beliefs. It feels like a huge idea not to discuss if you’re a spiritual leader. But if you think about it. His big idea is treat each other with respect... especially if the people you are interacting with are in poverty. Ecological destruction most negatively affects those without money.
