I got the one I have at IML. They generally run somewhere around $90 and change from places like JT's Stockroom (the nominal "suggested retail price" is somewhere close to $120), but I got mine for significantly less. The guy at the vendor table at IML knew me; we've met at a fetish convention in Tampa, at FroliCon in Atlanta, and then again in IML in Chicago. Each time, i was with a different partner, who ended up spending a nontrivial amount of money with him, so we got to talking, and he gave me a rather substantial price cut on the Pleasure Wand.

Nice. The best price I have seen so far is $57.00 on the liberator site at a discount. Might have to pick up one. What's the benefits of this toy?

Will you be in Atlanta the 1st and 2nd of August? My friend and I are doing a road trip, and it would be awesome to meet you :-) Other than that, any suggestions for two poly chicks in Atlanta those two days? :-)

I will definitely be in Atlanta on the first. I'll be heading down to Tampa on either the second or the third (it's still a bit up in the air), but I'd certainly be up for meeting for dinner or something on the first. When do you think you'll be here?

i really like that graphic. that would make a gorgeous poster, and seems like a lot of work for a sticker.

what's with the use of 'obey,' though? i don't get the 'wage peace /obey' connection.

The face of Andre the Giant, which is the highly stylized white square the silhouette is holding up, was used in a series of billboard hacks and grafitti agitprop starting in the mid-80s. Designs with the face of Andre the Giant with "Obey" underneath were used to mock advertising and government propaganda; I've seen a lot of designs incorporating the symbol and "Obey" done in a very stylized Stalin-era Soviet propaganda motif. More recently, the figure and the word "Obey" have been used in artwork protesting the Iraq war, like the street art here.
