so we were pushed to make a decision on a house that we absolutely adored (i was planning paint and furniture for it, imagining our life there quite comfortably). unfortunately, news about upgrades and construction requirements that the house would need during our span there put the house quite out of question. *sigh* i'm resigned to it...even
