stupid cable company

currently i'm trying very hard not to be angry with my cable company. sadly, i'm finding that hard. it seems that with every monthly bill they send, i'm on the phone trying to fix mistakes. today's call confirmed that i only owed them $2.18. when i checked my bank account, though, they had drawn $44 dollars. this was after a transaction for $
