What I can, and can't, eat...

Had my first lapband fill on Saturday, which was weird, and I am now back to figuring out what I can and can't eat again. I really hate this stage.

Since I've had the surgery, however, I have noticed two definite changes. First, my bone spurs haven't been bothering me nearly as much as they have in the past, which is so nice. Secondly, about 3

It sounds like that surgery is yeilding some positive effects for you! Congrats! And double congrats on the dating life!
