Sephie is almost two weeks old, so I thought it would be a good time to share updates about her

We're in the same boat with Calico, regarding the wet diapers. She runs through our whole newborn stash in about 36 hours. She tends to wait until she's soaked before letting us know.

I hear you on the paper products for bleeding. I had a rash after two days of using them in the hospital.

Congratulations again. I can't wait til you post a photo.

I wonder if the lack of interest in being changed is just a newborn thing?

I'm still using maxi pads and I know I'm nowhere near being able to use the DivaCup. But I can't believe that in the heart of northern California (I'm just outside Berkeley, for crying out loud!) not even our natural food and grocery stores carry cloth menstrual pads!

Also, I meant to say something about this sooner and I'm not sure if I did, so ignore me (oh baby brain) but I LOVE Calico's name!

I am so glad to hear nursing is going well! That is one of the things I most look forward to when I FINALLY have a baby.
