This is one of those questions that I'd probably agonise over and end up replying to with 'everything', which isn't helpful or incisive, but which is fairly accurate in my case. Even when I'm not enjoying a book, I'm enjoying reading, if you see what I mean.

I don't blame you for finding it difficult to answer.
