Backstory first: I've been a fan of Cleolinda for years, and, knowing that she's fond of her My Little Ponies, last year I offered to make a custom for her

Heh, I mostly did this writeup with the people who would see it via Cleolinda in mind, so I didn't do a lot of explaining. The brain raccoons are a running gag from her Hannibal recaps.
