huh, didn't realize you were in MO too - for some reason i thought you were in CA or OR... but yeah, the weather has been freaky nice, no matter how much rain is included. you've got some lovely flora too, which i have to envy since all we've got are dandelions and cottonwood.

can't wait to see what you're doing with the J2! i've been rereading several of your older BtVS stories lately and would welcome anything new you want to post *nodnod*

Ha! Yes, indeed. I only *wish* i were in Oregon! It really is nice weather, just so very damp. I hope the lawn guy can manage to cut it soon.

I hope the J2 goes over well. It's a very sort of...*indulgent* story, for me, since it's what i love to read most. Not sure how the readers will react - we shall see!
Thanks! :)

*\o/* So glad you're gonna post your au hun :D I think it'll get itself finished once you get some oomph from the posting :D

Your garden's gorgeous, and I love the Pirate Themed handfasting, what a fab way of doing it. I have a friend that's getting hitched in September, he *wanted* a pirate theme, but went with black and red with the option for everyone to come dressed in piratey clothing if they liked :D

I hope! Arrgh. :)

It was a lot of fun. There were pirates and people in their Ren Faire garb and people in their belly dance costumes. A lot of cleavage and tall boots! Hehe.

Wee purple bloom could be Cranesbill?

I had to look that up! Alas, no, as that grows up to 60 cm and this is super-low to the ground, and the blooms about half the size of a pencil eraser. But Cranesbill would be nice, too. :)
