Day 02 - A show that you wish more people were watching

You know.. I have no idea. I watch a lot less TV than most. Hmmm.... maybe Good Eats. I think there are a lot of people I know who would enjoy it and it is one of my favorite shows to watch. Yes, yes.. I know this is supposed to be fannish... well who says we can't be fans of cooks too. XD

I think if it's 'Fannish' you should be able to write fan fiction:

Alton dipped his spatula slowly into the batter, "Now, be sure to stroke this correctly," he admonished, "You need the right amount of warmth, and you should stroke it until your spatula spatula can enter it easily..." He demonstrated what he was walking about, not spilling a drop...

I love alton brown. Good eats is the only food show that makes sense to me. Why wouldnt you explain why and how you do things? Plus the props are fun and cheesy:)
