Phipps Excursion

Lots and lots of pictures from Phipps. Slow connections beware. I don't remember the names of half of these plants.

All of these are with the new Nikon. I'm surprised since I was using a portrait lens for some obviously non-portrait stuff.

you were diggin the orchids. i love them too. the butterflies - not so much. i get creeped out when they land on me. but your photos of them made them seem ALMOST ok. they're gorgeous photos. the chipmunk & chihuly are awesome. yous got some talent girl!

I love orchids because they look so bizarre. I don't mind the butterflies but I can see where it would be creepy. Thanks hun. I have some contests to apply for. I hope they agree with you.
