HOLY GODS!! The black line is finally done. I'm so excited. The color should go faster. With luck by August I shall be completely done. YAY I'll tell you what it is annoying as all hell to have a half finished tattoo for this long. Surprising though the work up by the neck didn't hurt as much as I thought. The lions actually hurt the worst. No consolation there. and the tail of the winged snake.

That is stunning!
the spot on my first one that hurt the most is just about where that snake tail is.

I can't wait to see the color now!

Thanks. Yeah that Snake was worse than just about anything else. I did have some moments on the lion's spots too.

I am excited about the color.

I wouldn't call it gory.

It's so awesome! Bring on the color.

(So will you be teaching class half-naked? That would probably draw more students...)

Waiting impatiently for the color but have to wait at least a week to get started.

(It will definitely be backless, don't know about 1/2 naked. Though come to think of it, sports bra and skirt tucked up is very close to half naked as it is.)

When this is done it is going to be by far one of the best back pieces I've ever seen. Very nice!

Thanks. Kali from Hocus Pocus is actual the one tattooing me.

That is absolutely beautiful!!! I need to get my second one this year (and maybe third!) and seeing this just makes me want to get another one NOW!

Can't wait to see it colored in! How long has it taken so far?

I think there is about 8 hours in it already. I don't really keep track of time.
